The Board approved minutes of September 3, 2008 and October 1, 2008
Leonard Jason Jr. (20-98.2) – The Board approved this revision to permit # 8-10 for a shared six (6) bedroom residential septic system.
Harold Rosenbaum (4-8) – The owner wants to do some renovation and never received a certificate of compliance. The original disposal works permit is from 1986. The Board has asked Sylvia to call Moira Fitzgerald and find out what construction is happening there.
Sylvia informed the Board that they are now required to get NIMS 700, ICS 100 & ICS 200 training.
Sylvia was asked to call Nicole at VNA and find out when she can come to the town hall to do make-up flu shots.
The Board asked Sylvia to listen to the meeting tape and find out exactly what Bob Tonti said about giving a local flu clinic.
Richard Brigham (28.1 -31) – Call Reid Silva and find out when this disposal works installation is scheduled. They have a deadline of November 5, 2008.
